Science of Nutrition:
What you put into something determines what you get out of it. Food is the best example of this. Raspberries and Blueberries are rich in vitamins (especially Vitamin A & C) and antioxidants, helping strengthen collagen formation, thereby reducing wrinkles. Blueberries are also very rich in fiber, and are a delicious substitute for greasy snack foods.
Science of Exercise:
H.I.T. – This stands for High Intensity Training, a technique used by many professional athletes for its efficiency, intensity and results. Jogging for extended periods of time can cause your body to store fat due to the release of the stress hormone, cortisol. On the other hand, five minutes of explosive exercise per day (i.e. ten 30 second sprints with 30 second rest in between) can achieve lasting, desirable results much quicker.
Science of Lifestyle:
Sleep can help increase testosterone; scientists have known for decades that the hormone can help keep skin young looking and vibrant. A simple eight hours of sleep a night can help maintain the necessary amounts of testosterone for healthier and younger looking skin.
